توضیحات الگوOuter core implementation for the {{Foo–Bar relations category}} template.
Its purpose is to use the names of the two countries to try to call {{Foo–Bar relations category/mapname}}, which tries to find a locator map. It then calls {{Foo–Bar relations category/inner core}}
